Izmail or Ismail (Ukrainian: ??????; Russian: ??????; Romanian: Ismail; Turkish: ??mas?l or Hacidar), is a town in south-western Ukraine, located near the Danube in the Odessa Oblast. It is the largest Ukrainian port on the Danube Delta. Areas nearby form the World Wildlife Fund's Isles of Izmail Regional Landscape Park.

Izmail is a minor center of food processing industry and a popular regional tourist destination. It is also a base of Ukrainian navy and Ukrainian Sea Guard units operating in Danube.

Currently about 85,000 people live in Izmail, Russians form about 43.7% of Izmail's population, with 38% Ukrainians, 10% Bulgarians and 4.3% Moldovans.
